The deductible is the amount you agree to contribute in the event a covered loss occurs. Subject to all other policy provisions, the insurance company will pay the remainder of the covered loss after the deductible. You can change your deductible by contacting your agent.

How do I report a loss?

How can I get an auto insurance ID card?

Your agent can provide you with a new ID card if you may have lost or misplaced it. Please keep your most recent card in your vehicles at all times.

What does a personal umbrella policy cover?

A personal umbrella policy acts as last line of liability defense in the event the limits of your underlying policies, such as auto and home, are used up. This type of policy is very beneficial in cases such as being sued.

What is replacement cost?

Replacement cost value is the amount it would cost to repair or replace a lost, stolen or damaged item with one of the same material and quality as the original in today’s market.

What is actual cash value?

Actual cash value is the amount equal to the replacement cost minus depreciation of a damaged or stolen property at the time of the loss. It is the actual value for which the property could be sold, which is always less than what it would cost to replace it.
